About Remi
Our mission is to help small businesses stay independent, resilient, and in the hands of the people who built them. We believe the owners who repair homes, serve customers, and keep their communities moving should be able to spend their energy on the work they do best, not lose ground because they cannot afford a big-company back office.
Independent businesses should be able to endure
Owner-run businesses are personal. The owner knows the customers, stands behind the work, and carries the consequences of every decision.
We want more of those businesses to last, create opportunity, and remain independent for the next generation.
Support should not require a bigger company
Reliable back-office support has usually required another full-time hire, more management, or more software for the owner to maintain.
We believe small business owners should have access to dependable support without giving up control or changing the character of their business.
Technology should strengthen ownership
Remi exists to give owners more control over their time, money, and commitments. The goal is not to run the business for them. It is to help more good businesses stay independent and grow on their own terms.
