Follow-through is the missing layer in client work
A short placeholder note on why Remi is built around owners, next steps, drafts, and source-backed handoffs.
Client work breaks in the gaps
This placeholder note sketches the problem Remi is being built to solve: client work rarely fails in one clean, obvious place.
It slips between Slack threads, inboxes, docs, calendars, trackers, and the quick decisions that never quite make it back into the system of record. By the time someone asks, "Who owns this?", the team has already spent too much attention reconstructing the path.
A dashboard is not enough
Dashboards can show status. They do not always catch the quiet ask, the missing access, the buried approval, or the client promise that needs a draft response before the end of the day.
Remi is built around follow-through instead: owners, deadlines, next steps, drafts, reminders, and source-backed context a team can review.
What Remi prepares
The useful layer is practical and specific:
- The client ask, linked back to the source
- The likely owner and due date
- The draft reply or internal handoff
- The tracker update that should be reviewed
- The open question that still needs a human decision
The goal is not to make work louder. It is to make the next useful move easier to see.
What comes next
We will share the fuller version of this note as the product moves through beta. For now, the direction is simple: Remi should help client-facing teams keep promises visible without adding another place to babysit.
