Private beta is open
Remi is now available in private beta for a small group of client-facing teams. Public beta and public release are scheduled for later in 2026.
We are starting with teams where the operational signal already lives in too many places: Slack threads, emails, docs, calendars, trackers, and the quick decisions that never quite make it back into the system of record.
Remi is built for that gap. Remi watches the surfaces where work happens, links the source context, and turns scattered client asks into owners, next steps, and drafts your team can review.
What we are testing first
Private beta is focused on the parts of operations that usually fail quietly before they fail publicly.
- Tracking client asks, blockers, missing assets, scope hints, and escalation signals
- Preparing meeting briefs, client-safe replies, status updates, and review packets
- Connecting requests to clients, engagements, owners, deadlines, trackers, and source evidence
- Proposing reminders, stale-follow-up checks, tracker updates, and recurring ops reviews
- Keeping sensitive or client-visible work reviewable, with approvals and receipts where the workflow needs them
The point is not another chatbot waiting for a prompt. The point is an operating teammate that can find the source, name the owner, and prepare the next useful move.
Why private beta
Client-service work is full of edge cases. A Slack thread means one thing in a DM, another thing in a project channel, and something different again in a shared client space. A good assistant has to understand those boundaries before it speaks too loudly.
Private beta gives us room to learn with real operators while keeping the product conservative. Remi can draft, propose, surface, and explain. Governed tools handle approvals, delivery, receipts, ledgers, identity, and access.
That trust model matters. Teams should be able to see what Remi used, what changed, and what still needs a human decision.
What comes next
Public beta is scheduled for later this year, followed by public release after that. Between now and then, we are tightening the workflows that make Remi useful in the day-to-day:
- Slack-native coordination across DMs, channels, and threads
- Portal review surfaces for tasks, documents, files, clients, automations, and integrations
- Inbox and calendar workflows for prep, triage, reminders, and follow-ups
- Source-backed org intelligence for client context, commitments, processes, and open questions
- Governed execution through connected tools, with approvals and receipts attached
We will share more as the beta opens up. For now, the work is simple: help teams stop losing client work in the gaps between tools.
Who should join
The private beta is for agencies, consultancies, implementation shops, service businesses, and small teams that already feel the cost of missed follow-ups and unclear ownership.
If your team keeps asking, "Who owns this?", "What changed?", or "Is this ready to send?", Remi is being built for that moment.
