Security
Secure by design, careful by default.
Remi can see sensitive business details. We keep that access narrow, logged, and approval-first.
Permission before power.
Remi works inside the access you grant. Connections can be changed, limited, or revoked as your business changes.
Every action leaves a trail.
When Remi drafts, remembers, or prepares a next step, the source stays close so you can see where the answer came from.
Your data is not training data.
Your business data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Prepared for review.
If your team needs details for vendor review, we can walk through architecture, data handling, encryption, access, retention, and approval controls.
Serious about security?
Ask about security and we'll help you understand what Remi can access, where data moves, how approvals work, and how your team keeps control.
Questions we hear a lot.
- What can Remi access?
Only the sources you connect and the permission scopes you grant. Remi uses the identity and boundaries attached to your workspace, and connections can be limited, changed, or revoked.
- What can Remi do without asking me?
Remi can read connected sources, organize context, surface loose ends, and prepare work inside the access you granted. An important external action needs authority from a direct request, your review, or a standing approval.
- How is my data protected?
Data is protected in transit, sensitive credentials and stored secrets are encrypted at rest, and authentication and tenant boundaries separate workspaces. Production systems are monitored for availability, errors, abuse signals, and unusual behavior.
- Is my business data used to train AI models?
Customer content is not used to train generalized AI models unless your organization separately agrees in writing. We require AI providers to honor available no-training commitments for customer content routed through Remi.
- Can I revoke access or request deletion?
Yes. Connected access can be changed or revoked. You can request deletion at ops@remi.new; limited records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, billing records, security systems, or audit trails as described in our privacy policy.
